This time, I receive a text message telling me to check my email. My email was one of the service team members giving me a video detailed report regarding their check up on my vehicle and recommendations. And let’s not forget my Service Advisor, Lavar Freder! He also kept me well informed. I was in and out in under an hour. Well job everyone! More

This is the second time that this location has serviced my car and it was not good but thankfully the first time the guy made things right on this second time around I ask how long will it take and the the my car and it was not good but thankfully the first time the guy made things right on this second time around I ask how long will it take and the the guy said 2 hours and then ask do you have a curiosity car that could drop me back off at since it would take so long and they response was no they did not but I called back and asked another person and they indeed tell me that it was one available had an appointment for my service got there at about 12:45 or so didn’t leave until after 4:00pm. He didn’t check me out More
