Had a horrible experience with the sales people. Received a call saying I was going to get an insane offer for my truck. Sat down waited an hour and didn’t get an offer. Told the sales person I need to go home and he said he would email my offer. Never received offer then get random offers from other people that are insanely disrespectful for an offer. I bought my truck there and I don’t think I will ever buy another car from Jim Ellis. Horrible service. Really dropped the ball on this one. More
