Been having our cars maintained here along with any repairs, if we can afford them for years. We have 4 Toyotas in all. Expensive labor rates and parts cost, but you receive excellence and customer ser repairs, if we can afford them for years. We have 4 Toyotas in all. Expensive labor rates and parts cost, but you receive excellence and customer service to match it. Only one take back in all those years. This is the ONLY place I take my cars for service other than tire maintenance. More

I wanted to get a hybrid for gas savings, and my friend who had a Toyota recommended that I go to Jim Ellis. My salesman was Neil Williams, and he was awesome! He explained so much to me, and when I found who had a Toyota recommended that I go to Jim Ellis. My salesman was Neil Williams, and he was awesome! He explained so much to me, and when I found a car I liked, but it had no leather seats, he advised me I could replace the seats with leather. If he had not given me this information, I would not have bought a car that day. They also found a lower interest rate than my credit union could offer me. I would recommend Neil to anyone looking for a vehicle. More
