Have purchased 4 new vehicles from McDonough Toyota. 3 from Jim Ellis Toyota of McDonough. All 4 I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Neil Willams as my salesman. This time I had the pleasure of 3 from Jim Ellis Toyota of McDonough. All 4 I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Neil Willams as my salesman. This time I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Lacy Rubin, a sales manager. She helped me acquire the vehicle at the price I wanted and made sure it was shipped to the dealership. Then Mr. Neil Williams to over and finalized the deal and Mr. Javon Harris took over in the finance department, and we closed the deal. overall, a good experience.
