Out of all the dealerships I have been to, Jim Ellis has been the best thus far! Great customer service from Oscar Johnson. Raymond did an excellent job meeting and greeting me when I arrived and he kept me updated throughout the service. I told him that my car was a little dirty coming back from a trip to the beach and after my service Raymond had the guys wash my 4Runner, which was very nice.
