What is your process for checking people in? I never know if I’m suppose to wait in my car or go inside? Also, 5% for military discount? Aren’t you making enough money? Great customer service from the guy who helped assist but the wait was way too long and they got dirt and oil on my seats and gear shift and I didn’t like the fact they were trying to give me a list of thing the wait was way too long and they got dirt and oil on my seats and gear shift and I didn’t like the fact they were trying to give me a list of thing like my car was trash very unacceptable my car is owned by me and when I purchased it I got my mechanic to check out my issues and concerns nothing is wrong with my car.
