I’m glad Ellis retained the valuable employees when they purchased this dealership. I’ve worked with Reed, Raymond and maybe 1-2 other service advisor during that time. Now I’m working with Mr. Oscar Johnson,, and I have to say that all the advisers I’ve worked with should be taken care of and retained because they all do amazing job. I bring up this point because it seems, especially here in Atlanta, some dealerships have service advisors that really shouldn’t even be working with the public let alone working in an industry where professionalism, courtesy and the ability to do their job correctly play such a big role. Thank you, Jim Ellis, for hiring incredible professionals like Mr. Johnson, and the other advisers I’ve worked with at Jim Ellis. Please make sure these folks are compensated well and retain them because all dealerships in Atlanta aren’t able to operate at a high standard such as this one. I feel its because of the people that I mentioned above who give your automotive dealership such a well-deserved reputation. After all, I don’t meet or work with the managers or the owners of the company. It’s Mr. Johnson, who is the face of your company; and he represents you in a highly professional way. Had an appointment for 3:30 to rotate tires. Truck was still sitting in parking spot at 4:20 where they parked it after I drove up. Girl came to me to tell me truck was about done. I said that’s Truck was still sitting in parking spot at 4:20 where they parked it after I drove up. Girl came to me to tell me truck was about done. I said that’s not true because it’s still sitting in spot where they parked it. She said let me go check on why they haven’t got to it yet. Someone finally came and got truck. It took them 1 1/2 hours to rotate my tires. Truck would still be sitting there if she hadn’t gone and told someone. Another service I had done a few months ago they lost my wheel cap and had to replace it. Service done a months before that they took 2 1/2 hours to rotate tires. Service Manager needs to get out of his office and stay on top of things and talk to the customers to make sure they are being taken care of in a timely manner. More
