He kept me up to date throughout my service visit on the status of my vehicle’s diagnosis, time to repair and prioritized the repair list for me. His patience, listening and communication skills, and cheerful demeanor are so very rare these days. I Your Service Department is top notch. I watched your repair bays on the TV in the customer waiting area. Very impressive how clean it was being kept as well. The Coffee Bar is fantastic. It was my first visit to Jim Ellis Toyota and I definitely make it my permanent go-to Dealership for my Toyota. I felt respected throughout my entire visit. Thank you!!! More
