Service went well and didn’t take too long. I had my 10k service done on my vehicle. My only complaint with this is that when I got back home I noticed several light black greasy hand prints ar I had my 10k service done on my vehicle. My only complaint with this is that when I got back home I noticed several light black greasy hand prints around the hood and a pillar area. These most likely wouldn’t normally be seen on any other color, but with my vehicle being white they stuck out pretty well. If I walked in front of it when leaving I would’ve noticed before I left and mentioned it to the advisor. A wash or at least a wipe down of the greasy handprints afterwards would’ve been nice. Other than that, I don’t have any complaints about this service visit. More

Took my truck to Mavis for Tire rotation after having brakes service at your dealer a few weeks ago. Mavis tech unable to remove drivers front tire, they didn't want to do any damage. I came to your deal brakes service at your dealer a few weeks ago. Mavis tech unable to remove drivers front tire, they didn't want to do any damage. I came to your dealer explain problem, less than an hour later I was told your tech had no problem removing my tire.went back to Mavis and the original problem remains. They were able to remove one lug nut whichbwas cross threaded while the other one brok off. After several attempts i spoke with the service advisor i delt with who said she watches the tech remove all the lug nuts on my truck. That just didn't make sense your tech removed all lug nuts however the problem remains which required me to pay for 2 new lug nuts and studs. The truth was not told More
