Katie is excellent she goes above and beyond to help her customers. She is very friendly and professional. I wish I could deal with her every time I come in. This visit only took 1 to 1 1/2 hrs for oil cha customers. She is very friendly and professional. I wish I could deal with her every time I come in. This visit only took 1 to 1 1/2 hrs for oil change which is very rare.The only complaint I have is it takes forever to get serviced, sitting for 3 or 4 hours with or without an appointment to get an oil change is unreasonable.
