I came for an oil change and tire rotation. The service I received was terrible. I didn't receive any update concerning my vehicle. After a three-hour wait, I went to the front desk and the sta The service I received was terrible. I didn't receive any update concerning my vehicle. After a three-hour wait, I went to the front desk and the staff member ( Victoria Steinetz) had my paperwork ready to go. She had an inspection paper with some suggestions for my vehicle. I wasn't asked if I wanted to take care of any of the suggestions I was just led to the cashier. I normally receive a detailed invoice stating what had been done. I paid much more for the oil change then normal so I assumed the inspection had a cost. The total was written on the inspection paper with no real explanation. I really didn't appreciate the experience. More
