Bottom Line Up Front: Jim Ellis Toyota is operating at 5 star quality levels in terms of customer service, commitment, and honesty- they have an amazing team and I'd like to take the time to recognize both star quality levels in terms of customer service, commitment, and honesty- they have an amazing team and I'd like to take the time to recognize both Mr. Leon Poole and Mr. Michael Green!!! In short, stop looking anywhere else as this is the place to go hands down! Story Time: The family and I knew we were looking into trading our vehicle in so that we could upsize into a truck to meet work and family needs. Originally, we were already on the road physically going to visit a different Toyota dealership further north due to higher inventory on hand, however, after some communication over the phone and via text with an employee there it was clear as to why that dealership had bad reviews just from friendliness, attitude, and communication alone. We quickly diverted our travel closer and found Jim Ellis Toyota. The wife called to verify that they were still open as it was getting late into Friday afternoon, just to look at inventory - we only had about 30minutes to spare before it was their weekend time. SPOILER ALERT: We would end up staying almost 5 hours past their closing time working with Leon and his team to work out the best deal available, test drive any truck on our list, and ensure that our needs were met before being done - they were committed to service (whether a sale occurred or not) and they left a lasting impression and a standard others might never meet! So… back at the beginning, there we were, we had just arrived at the dealership, took a quick look walk around without interruption before Mr. Leon Poole came out to see how he could be of service. Mr. Leon Poole was charismatic, warm, and genuine. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured in any way, he was patient as our kiddos were also in the mix while we looked around. Leon was very knowledgeable and able to speak confidently on the different trim levels, inventory in stock, rough estimated monthly payments, and the pros and cons to each vehicle option we considered. Leon Poole, is by far one of the best sales consultants I've encountered and the person I'd say you'd want to ask for by-name when you arrive for your upcoming purchase. It's further without hesitation l'd recommend Leon to you over his peers to provide you with knowledge, trustworthiness, and honesty on your options. Remember a vehicle is a significant purchase, for some life-changing, start by choosing the right sales associate that makes you his priority and commits to your needs! Once, we completed and selected our vehicle Mr. Michael Green, financial manager, would work our paperwork and take us through the process of each legal document and ensure everything was correct going forward. Like Leon, Michael did not pressure, push, or rush (especially considering how late it got) to make sure we were taken care of and that any options, packages, etc... were explained and understood before moving committing to anything financially. Again, Leon & Michael thank you for all your help that you provided. Our family is very thankful and we wish you the very best! P.S. Great service, got right to the problem as stated. Smelt burning oil. Still smell a little but I was told they found a plastic bag that got stuck. They had to scratch the rest of the plastic off.
