Not satisfied with the most recent service. Paid 170 for a diagnostic to find why my car was making a chirping noise. I was told it was the throttle and that they had cleaned it out to resolve Paid 170 for a diagnostic to find why my car was making a chirping noise. I was told it was the throttle and that they had cleaned it out to resolve the issue. I take my car home just to find that its still chirping. Issue wasn't resolved. They tell me to bring the car back the same day to give me a second diagnosis since the first diagnosis was wrong. Now the problem is supposedly something entirely different that requires me to buy a 260 dollar part. I took my car home and I've decided to take my business elsewhere. I'm out of 170 dollars, my car was misdiagnosed, and is still chirping. I'm not confident in the second diagnosis they gave me because the service advisor literally said they found the problem this time by poking a tool around under my hood and moving parts around until the noise stopped. Hopefully that didn't cause any additional damage. In the past, I've come to this dealership for my previous services because I know that the service is usually professional and efficient. Continuous miscommunication, misguided, told one thing by one person & opposite from another. My salesperson & several finance persons lost all interests bc making the deal was one thing or another.
