Recently my wife and I needed to purchase a new car. At 78 years old we had many experiences with sales people and dealerships that always seemed confrontational. Not this time. Neil Williams was friendly and listened to us as we proceeded through the process. He led us to a RAV4 that had all the options we were looking for and some we didn't even know about. All the staff we met were friendly and the environment was calming, which made our time there stress free. I walked into the dealership today not even sure I’d be able to get a car, but Arsyndrea and Mallory made it happen! I specifically asked for someone patient due to my credit situation, and Arsyndrea was i able to get a car, but Arsyndrea and Mallory made it happen! I specifically asked for someone patient due to my credit situation, and Arsyndrea was incredible—kind, professional, and so helpful over text before I even arrived. She has a wonderful personality and truly cares. Mallory, one of the managers, was also fantastic. She went out of her way to come out of her office and introduce herself, which made me feel so welcomed. They worked tirelessly with the banks to ensure I got a monthly payment I could actually handle. I am walking out with a new car today feeling so thankful and appreciated. Highly recommend this team!
