When picking up my Sienna after service my vehicle not clean. Still showing a lot of grease marks in the van. Went to have tint put on that I didn’t want and now I am going to have to drive 40 mins. Back to have it fixed and no one at the dealership cares. I even pointed it out before I left. I was told it was nor going to have to drive 40 mins. Back to have it fixed and no one at the dealership cares. I even pointed it out before I left. I was told it was normal. When I called to make an appt. To have it fixed I was told I don’t need one to just show up, but don’t use the girls name who answered the phone and told me that. I then talked with Raymond and for the second time he was to busy to really seem to care. I do not plan on using the service department after this tint is fixed. More
