I am very pleased with the work the Dealership service dept. found and repaired the problem with my Sienna. The charge for the front brake replacement was very competitive. They play games with pricing. Also, the waiting time for basic service on cars like an oil change is ridiculous. You will end up waiting for a few hours even with an appointment. Service experience was unacceptable, took my vehicle in for a simple oil and filter change and when the express lube technician brought my vehicle back to the ready line, I paid for the work and headed to for a simple oil and filter change and when the express lube technician brought my vehicle back to the ready line, I paid for the work and headed to my vehicle there were oily greasy handprints all over the driver’s door. Went back inside and got the Service Advisor and he grabbed a rag and bottle of cleaner from under his desk (obviously it occurs frequently) and went back to my vehicle and opened the driver’s door and there were greasy handprints on the interior as well. The service advisor cleaned everything and took the vehicle back and ran it through the car wash in an attempt to rectify. Unfortunately, this is a norm as I've had the same experiences before at the same location. Bottom-line it’s a lack of Quality Control and Shop Management not caring because no matter how much I complain or raise the roof it continues to happen. Like I say time and time again we all make mess’s but simply clean up behind yourself…… More
