I always feel comfortable at Jim Ellis Toyota of McDonough. All staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The location is always clean. Leon Poole is the best salesman I've encountered and McDonough. All staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The location is always clean. As always, my experience was great. The personnel was friendly, though very busy. One of the young men warned me I might have to wait up to 3 hrs. No problem.
