Had an 8:30 appointment to get tires sat until 12:00pm I to ask because my wife was having dental surgery at 1:30. Only at that time I was told they were one tire short! That is not customer service. Thank to ask because my wife was having dental surgery at 1:30. Only at that time I was told they were one tire short! That is not customer service. Thank goodness Raymond got involved to give me a rental but when the lady drove it up it had a flat tire I had to wait again for the tire to be replaced. I was late to my wife’s appointment. Again they should have to me about the storage of the tire! Call Thursday before the appointment and was told they were in stock. Customer service is important More
