I called about having problems with my car on Friday afternoon as soon as I got on the interstate heading towards FL and ask that someone give me a call because I had just had it serviced and it is 1:50 afternoon as soon as I got on the interstate heading towards FL and ask that someone give me a call because I had just had it serviced and it is 1:50 pm and still no call about my vehicle. I left at least five messages and no one attempted to contact me on Saturday as well. I asked to speak to the s service manager and still no call back. This is very disappointing and a loyal customer should not be treated in this manner. More

Overall the Dealership is a good place to do business. I didn’t have a good experience with some of the other folks that I dealt with in selling my car returning my calls and giving me updates. But the Sal didn’t have a good experience with some of the other folks that I dealt with in selling my car returning my calls and giving me updates.
