I dropped off my vehicle at 11:00am for an 11:30 oil change appt. Returned to the dealership at 12:40 and they did not even start on my car. To top it off they are suppose to do an inspection, the tech change appt. Returned to the dealership at 12:40 and they did not even start on my car.
