Best car buying experience yet! This was one of the best car buying experiences! I have bought VWs in Charlotte, Virginia Beach, Tallahassee and now Atlanta. The process was friendly This was one of the best car buying experiences! I have bought VWs in Charlotte, Virginia Beach, Tallahassee and now Atlanta. The process was friendly and quick. I have in the past spent a full day in some dealerships, transferred from person to person in order to conclude the sale. This time I was shepherded through the process by Brian Bolton, much of it by phone and text; and when I could not get to the dealership, Torre Soloman brought the paperwork and new car to me! This level of service was a first-time experience for me. When an unexpected hiccup occurred in the finance department, it was quickly attended to and resolved in my favor. I highly recommend the Jim Ellis Volkswagen dealership for any of your car needs. Before leasing my new vehicle, I had my previous car serviced at this dealership, and the service of Ryan Barry was excellent as well. More

going beyond the extra mile its not only cause they have doughnuts. and coffee. and a comfortable seating area and a place where i can connect my computer safely and comfortably. its not only cause they have doughnuts. and coffee. and a comfortable seating area and a place where i can connect my computer safely and comfortably. thats just, as they say, icing on the cake. its just that everything is so expertly timed-from the moment you walk in (whether you have made an appointment or not) you know that in an hour or so someone will walk over with a firm timeline for your repair, so that you can make the decision whether to wait, or leave it overnight, take the shuttle to the metro or take advantage of a courtesy car. excellent mechanics and technicians who know your car inside out. and ever since Rose Shuck joined the team, it cant get any better. i have seen her infinite patience and humanity on display many times--most recently explaining repairs patiently to an elderly lady and helping her with her papers. she has been extraordinary to me many times.
