From our very first visit, Raul greeted us and showed us many vehicles. At no point was he "pushy" or made us feel pressured to buy a vehicle. He was patient. We wanted to buy, but we owed too much on our existing vehicle. Even though he knew that we would not be able to purchase at the time, he still took time to show us anything we wanted to see. In April of 2019, we bought our daughter a 2012 VW Jetta TDI. She loved it. In April of this year, we bought a 2019 VW Atlas. There was never any doubt of where we would go or who we would ask for when the time came for us to buy...Jim Ellis VW Kennesaw & Raul. Within the next year, we will purchase another vehicle (4x4 pick-up), and although there is not a huge selection of trucks at the VW dealership, I can promise the first place will will go is to Raul.
