I was OK until I had to talk to the sales manager. After submitting all of the documentation the salesman asked me for, I got a call from the sales manager. I was under the impression that the cost of the v submitting all of the documentation the salesman asked me for, I got a call from the sales manager. I was under the impression that the cost of the vehicle was MSRP plus between 1-3 percent. The sales manager wanted me to pay 22% above MSRP. ($12,000 more.) I quickly declined and told him it was ridiculous. I texted the original sales guy and told him the deal was off. The sales manager gave me a bad impression of the dealership. After that particular sales manager was out of the picture, we were able to come to an agreement on price. The transaction went smooth from that point on. Bottom line - if you don't like who you're dealing with, get someone else. And, don't judge the entire dealership by one encounter. Proceed with caution at this place. More
