Dysfunctional organization with nice people that need help I liked the sales person and I thought it was a fair deal on a 2015 GS350. Then the end of the process really showed the quality of the organization. When you read other reviews, you will see a common thread that points to a poor organization. A nice sales person, does not make a great transaction. It is the totality of the transaction! I witnessed failures at every level of the organization - It started to head down hill the night before when we bought the car - the finance guy was not a match for the nice experience with Lisa Marie, our salesperson. He was slightly rude and didn't even shake our hands to congratulate us on the purchase and say goodbye -- Odd. The sales staff did not follow though and give me a contact number as she stated she would so we had a contact. When I called ahead, the operator did not tell anyone I was coming in an hour and to prepare the car I bought last night When I arrived no one knew I was coming. They lost my car and could not find it for 45 minutes after going to two different lots (it was 50 ft. from the show room last night) They said the manager would come out and help me - not for over an hour I think I mentioned to make sure the car was clean and prepped 6 times while they were trying to find the car. When they finally handed me the keys -- I said are you sure it is clean -- "Oh yes sir" The car was dirty, floor mats overturned with big yellow tags hanging out, and just not prepped. It was at that point I finally demanded to see the manager who had not come out. The manager apologized and said he would take it back and detail the car -- Another hour! So much for client meetings and my wife's private work out session! When the manager finally gave me the car back it had been washed and wiped down - still dirty on mats, dry leather scuff marks, floor mats not tied down -- It wasn't close to a detail.. BTW, if he would have said he was going to wash it, I would not be picky here. Oh... he started to offer me a concession, but when I said I was from Glendale, he said sadly "Ohh" and never followed through with any further discussion. This is a Beverly Hills Lexus dealership - I am passionate about great organizations. Mistakes happen to everyone.... but this is clearly a poorly managed organization with no processes, poor communication, nice employees that have no connection to each other, and it lacks leadership. It is a rudderless ship and that is not acceptable for a Lexus dealership. My experience was equal to that of what you would expect on a used car lot on Lankershim Blvd. in North Hollywood. You will see that in other comments. At least I like the car..... Sure ruined the day and cost us almost $500 from appointments we missed because of their organizational dysfunction. My suggestion.... Training! Your training SUCKS! More

I used to live in Studio City, CA, and the go-to place for Lexus dealership service was Keyes Lexus in Van Nuys. I've since moved over the hill to West Los Angeles. Recently I needed some service that was beyond my skill set so I tried Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills. I've driven passed the showroom numerous times and noticed they had a tiny service facility there. To my surprise I learned they now have a separate and very nice Service department on Olympic Blvd, not far from the showroom on Wilshire. Keyes Lexus in Van Nuys was sort of a great Temple of Lexus, vast but perhaps a little cold. Jim Falk Lexus of BH is smaller and more human in scale, the vibe is happier and more intimate. To make a long story short, my service experience at Jim Falk was excellent. Service consisted of a suspension tweak and a four-wheel alignment. All went well and the job was completed on time and within estimate. The service advisors that helped me were Eddy Chavarria and Danny Park. And kudos to the service director, Dominic Vinci, for putting together a great team. I'd go back. More
