Awesome 1st time Lexus purchase experience Marlin made my first Lexus purchase an AWESOME experience! I thought all salesperson was the same but not at this dealership! Everyone was very nice and welcoming especially Marlin! She was always smiling! She did not make me feel rushed or pressured into buying this almost fully loaded 2015 Lexus GS 350 F-Sport in Liquid Platinum with Cabernet interior. She told me it's totally up to me and to take my time since this would be a big purchase. I'm very particular when looking for a car to purchase and she waited for me in the rain while I inspect the exterior and interior of the car. I got the car way below KBB price and was very happy with my purchase! They even have freshly baked cookies, coffee, and refreshments. They also have complimentary Valet Parking! I definitely would recommend Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills if you're looking for a Lexus! More
