1st time buyer Sales process was ok. Hard selling tactics. Paperwork was ok. However, the Finance Dept was terrible. Unprofessional, discourteous, and unfriendly Fin Sales process was ok. Hard selling tactics. Paperwork was ok. However, the Finance Dept was terrible. Unprofessional, discourteous, and unfriendly Finance person who tried switching the original agreed upon deal 4 different times throughout the closing /signing process. Was appalled at this and will never buy through 5is dealership again. Left a bad bad taste in my mouth. More

My experience at Jim Falk was essentially the lesser of evils. It wasn’t a good experience. The rental car they promised to return to Enterprise has yet to be found 36 hours later, and they refuse to respond to any of my inquiries. Lastly, it took them four hours to get me out the door after I agreed to purchase a car. More

Amazing Customer Service! I was warmly greeted by Marlin as soon as I walked in and even though I didn't have a prior appointment, within a few short minutes, she arranged for I was warmly greeted by Marlin as soon as I walked in and even though I didn't have a prior appointment, within a few short minutes, she arranged for me to test drive the car I had come to see. She shared details of the 3 cars they had in their inventory and patiently went over the differences. She then connected me with one of the sales managers (Angard). I had to wait quite some time to meet with the manager but in the end it all worked out. Angard worked with me on the numbers and offered me the deal I was ready to make and I walked out with the car I am now loving! The RC 300 FSport package :) The whole process took about 4 hours but Marlin made the wait less irritating by ordering 🍕 😃 More
