Once again he exceeded my expectations by bringing the car and making everything painless. I will recommend Enrique to all my Family and friends. Jim Falk should know the asset they have in Enrique. I went to several Lexus dealerships in my area but they gave me the usual run around and were trying to basically screw me on price. In addition to price they were trying to sell me a car that wasn't the right color or options. But after speaking with Hadi he located the exact color and options I was looking for! Although it took about a week, they went to the trouble of getting my car from the east coast and shipping it here to California. Which was a total shock considering the transport costs involved. When I arrived they made the process painless and simple. No surprise number changes and the car was exactly what was described and they threw in a few extras. Don't waste your time with high pressure, rude, abusive salesmen. Go see Mr Hadi and he'll make sure you enjoy the whole car buying experience and most important save you money!! More

He was very professional & knowledgable in both over the phone & in person. I used to dread going to car dealership. But because of Huey sincere welcome, we were very comfortable & we bought our dream car that night. The price in JFBH was fixed but below comparable price elsewhere and Huey's great customer service was a big bonus. Since this is our 1st Lexus, our knowledge was minimum and Huey was very patient explaining in details about the car for over 3 hrs. Huey was probably one of the best salesmans I have ever dealt with. I was shopping around for a car since November and I am so glad I went to him. His whole demeanor towards his customers is what ultimatel dealt with. I was shopping around for a car since November and I am so glad I went to him. Even after I signed the papers he stayed over to make sure everything I wanted was in the car and he sat with me in the car to explain how everything worked. New GS350 F Sport I just recently leased a new vehicle from This dealership. Huey Han was always available to show me cars and go on test drives when I would pop in at random times during the week. He was never pushy and had answers to all of my questions. I had recently been to Audi, BMW, Mercedes looking at cars and I feel that the arrogance of the salesman really turned me off from wanting to purchase those cars from those dealers. It was very refreshing to meet Huey who seemed to be trustworthy and honest and yes humble. After about 5 visits and driving cars (yes every car multiple times) We decided on a Lexus GS 350 F sport. Negotiations were easy and I feel that I got a great deal without very much haggle. Overall I realized that the main reason I went with lexus, not only because the car is great and you just cant match a lexus interior, was because of Huey Han. I liked him and trusted him and that goes a long way with me. More
