Through the process, it was clear that he cared about customer satisfaction across the boards - he communicated, he was available for questions, he wanted to make sure that I would be happy with my purchase. They just want to sell cars the easiest way possible and do not care about individual customer attention. They are in Beverly Hills, so they can get away with it. We have experienced it first hand and it was a terrible and memorable experience. ---Monique & Daniel are wonderful salespeople and we would highly recommend them. Monique is so skilled that she should be in a higher position where she has more control over practices and procedures. This dealership needs to clean house and get new blood. Putting Monique in charge would be a good start. --- Unfortunatly the managers who "talk" about customer serivice are not available when needed by the customer. Some employees dont want to work to work too hard, they would rather just wait for the next customer coming along. They are in a prime location that they know another customer will come by. They will even sell a car out from under you if they get someone else who will pay more money for it. So beware !!! It's happened to us and it could happen to you too !!! --- This dealership is an embaressment to Lexus and to the City of Beverly Hills. More

I was recently invited to trade in my 450RX for a newer model by Monique, a New Sales & Leasing Consultant at Jim Falk Lexus. At first I hesitated. However, as soon as I met Monique, I have to say I was model by Monique, a New Sales & Leasing Consultant at Jim Falk Lexus. At first I hesitated. However, as soon as I met Monique, I have to say I was taken aback by her professionalism coupled with her extreme friendliness, upbeat personality, and genuine desire to make sure I got the car AND the deal that I wanted. I have always associated getting a car with fast talking sales reps who cared more about the deal than me-- ones who pressured me to get a car no matter how I felt about the car and/or the numbers! That was not the case AT ALL with Monique. I DID get everything she promised me and I LOVE my new car!!! She is truly a breath of fresh air and I HIGHLY recommend her!!!... She is AMAZING!!! They were having system problems at the dealership which caused me to wait for hours. I would have waited even longer just to do the deal with her and I mean that!!!...
