I have been searching for a new car for months and haven't found the right deal for me. After visiting every Lexus dealership in SoCal I came to Jim Falk Lexus and Enrique Carvajal was so helpful and haven't found the right deal for me. I loved my 2001 Lexus LS but with 182000 miles on it started thinking about upgrading. My wife and I stopped at Jim Falk Lexus just to look around. We were turned over to Michael Heredia who was terrific in showing us inventory and in describing the differences of different years and models. After a short test drive, we decided to look no further and buy a 5000 mile 2012 Lexus 350 four door. Everything was set up, we went to lunch and movie and all the paperwork including the trade in were ready and we drove away in delight. Great job by Michael and Jim Falk Lexus. More

The salesmen, Michael Heredia and the Finance lady who helped us went out of their way to help us get in to a car we could afford. Michael went out of his way by coming in on his day off and did some extra things for us that went above and beyond like getting two little tears on the seats fixed for us and setting up our phones and contact lists on the bluetooth. I found LOVE at first sight. A 2010 Certified Pre-Owned Lexus IS250C. Not only was it beautiful, it had low mileage: 8,400 miles! WOW! I received a phone call from Enrique that afternoon and we sent up an appointment for that Friday. Friday came around and I could only come in after 7PM. Enrique nicely agreed to come in and meet me at that time even though he had already left for the day. I was pretty impressed considering he had to come back and even bring his adorable son with him just so that I could check out the car. Very accommodating considering my time restricted purchasing needs. I met with him, he showed me the car, and it was indeed love. He went over all the car features, told me about my options for window tint, and future servicing needed that the dealership could help me on. I filled out the credit application. I was ready to go! It was getting late and considering Enrique did have his son and I’m sure it was past his bed time(9:30pm by this time) he let me know he needed to leave and left me if hands of another sales rep named Sachin. I got called into the finance department, did all the paperwork, which was pretty speedy (definite plus). Only thing that did bother me was at the end when the Finance guy Ray turned to Sachin to ask something regarding who had made the sale he seemed to try to take the credit and say that it was going to be his deal... Seemed shady… made me feel very uncomfortable. Overall a great experience!! Everything went very smoothly. Felt very comfortable with Enrique. Glad he helped me out. I would recommend Jim Falk of Beverly Hills to friends but only if they go see Enrique. More

I called Jim Falk Lexus because I'd spoken to Jessica Zeigler, who was really cool, patient, and fun when I was prattling on about trying to decide whether to buy a used car or not, and what kind of car, etc. This weekend was crazy, because I sold my Volvo, and was still trying to figure out what car to get. I looked at a used Mercedes, and even a Jetta Wagon, before I decided they were overpriced for what they were and that I just wanted to lease a nice car at a decent price. I called Jessica on Sunday afternoon. She was out of town, but she told me to work with Enrique. He was waiting for me when I got there, helped me fill out the paperwork, was super patient when I forgot my license and proof of insurance, and even got me a sandwich when I said I hadn't eaten all day and could hardly think straight. Who does that? I was beyond thankful. He was patient, honest, calm, cool, and funny. I really loved working with this guy. I have never had such a great car buying experience. Thank you, Enrique!
