He did this by researching what I was looking for in the computer, running out to the lot (even to other lots down the street), taking pictures of it on his phone, and then sending me an email of it to make sure I was ok with it. Douglas drove from Beverly Hills down to Ontario, CA to meet me up to sign papers and deliver the car. Upon arriving and signing papers, it was 10:00pm and Douglas was happy to show me all of the features of the Lexus ES300H without taking any shortcuts. He was happy to answer all of my questions and even offered to send me extra voice commands via email the next day (which he did).
