He managed to get me out of my lease sooner. His passion and dedication shows, as he not only drove my car that I bought at Santa Monica to my house but also the one from Beverly Hills. I went to numerous dealerships looking at many different brands. I finally decided I wanted the Lexus RX 350 & I had originally visited another Lexus dealership. Every dealer I visited gave the same sales pitch & were extremely pushy (trying to make me buy on the spot, taking out credit applications before discussing price). They had a "take it or leave it" attitude & did not care about my business or that I was the THEIR customer. I had read the positive reviews about Ellie Shafiee online & it was the main reason I decided to drive to Jim Falk Lexus & purchase my Lexus there. Normally, I buy all my cars through a Car Broker service. I'm so glad I chose to not go via that route & instead chose to go with Ellie at Jim Falk. She was by far more pleasant than anyone I have ever dealt with. It felt like I had known her for years. She kept me up to date through the entire process until my car arrived at the dealership & she checked in after to make sure I loved it. She genuinely loves her clients & wants to make them happy. She also beat the price that I would have paid for the car if I had gotten it through my Car Broker, AAA, Costco, or even USAA.
