Shopped around multiple dealers to get knowledge and competitive pricing. Enrique surpass both either in knowledge or in pricing. Did business with him there. I kept in touch with him and found out he was at Jim Faulk Lexus, no hesitation again as he showed me again what is like to work with him.. I did my second Lexus deal with him. He managed to get me out of my lease sooner. His passion and dedication shows, as he not only drove my car that I bought at Santa Monica to my house but also the one from Beverly Hills. Signed me up in the comfort of my own home ( I understand this is not a common practice) Jim Falk should know the asset they have acquire.
