It was literally like we were buying a car from family. Everybody there was like really nice. We were treated respectfully and honestly. We gave a low rating on pricing because I felt we were pushed/forced in a nice way. If that made any sense. But felt we were forced to get the GAP insurance which raised the monthly payment over what we signed we were "promised" if we signed today. Don't get me wrong, we understand the reason for it by all means its definitely for rich people. But that GAP should be a OPTION not "mandatory." More
