Sept. 14th, Monday at 7:30AM had an appointment for my 2019 Silverado for what I believed was a transmission problem. They said they'd need it 2-3 days. Gave me a xxx shoe car as a loaner. No communication until I called Thursday afternoon. No one had looked at my truck. Picked up my truck Friday. No one looked at it or even called me about it. Today, October 5th, they called me to schedule an oil change. I relayed my story to the lady who called. 1st time i heard someone say "sorry". But what really got me; she said sorry we've lost your business. No what can I do to restore your faith or get your business back. Sorry we lost your business. YES YOU DID!!! More
