Too much to list that was wrong with this place, but I’ll start by praising the man who got you the sale and that was billy parsons. Great and honest man. 10/10 for him. The facility was clean and comfortable however, severely understaffed. My girlfriend and I bought a new Hyundai palisade in Joplin a few weeks prior and fletcher auto group. In and out in 1 hour. Here it was a 3 hour mess due to severe understaffing and refusal to work with me on price. Before billy was able to take over, they sent the internet sales guy over who was severely condescending and frankly should stick with what he knows instead of dealing with the public. Because of him, I will never be purchasing another vehicle from here. Instead I’ll go to Joplin. More
