The crew at Jim Glover Dodge was great. We worked out payment on the phone which was little higher than I wanted. then went for the test drive and fell in love with it got into finance with Richard Rispo payment on the phone which was little higher than I wanted. then went for the test drive and fell in love with it got into finance with Richard Rispoli and he worked it and got payment right where i wanted then came the hard part waiting for the Jeep to get ready imagine holding your first born then putting back in the womb and told to wait two weeks yeah i called Kyle and Eric daily They was very very nice and understanding since i bugged them every day but they did get to me faster than the two weeks and Kyle had everything ready for me when came to pick it up everything was great at dealership except ! the Dodge pickup middle seat head rest which robbed me of getting me my tag and tax ! LOL!! I will remember that little headrest when I buy next car football is going past it . Guys this a great Dealership More

1 star only because 0 stars is not an option. Twice I’ve given this Jim Glover dealership the opportunity to earn my business for service and for buying a car and they failed miserably both times. There wil given this Jim Glover dealership the opportunity to earn my business for service and for buying a car and they failed miserably both times. There will not be a third time! Last year they left me waiting over 3 hours for an oil change that I had an appointment for, then they lost my keys, then they couldn’t find my car! Jared Glover contacted me personally over this, but there was no excuse for that. Yesterday we went to test drive a used car that I made an appointment with the salesman 6 hours earlier for, only to show up and find out the car wasn’t even there!! It was in the shop(not their’s mind you) and might be back tomorrow. The salesman did text me to apologize, but man, you had one job! I was already leery about going there after that cluster#%^ I got from their service department, now this! If you need anything to do with a vehicle, I recommend you go somewhere else. More
