This is the worst service department I have ever dealt with the service advisors will not call you to inform you of anything communications with this place is non existent unless you call Rams customer service and they call them for you. Waited for months for a loaner vehicle for a warranty repair once they had one service advisor wanted to know if I still wanted the oil leak fixed after I had set everything up with Britney she had no clue what even she was doing. After 3 Terrible experiences with them I've learned my lesson they are good to buy a car from but Do NOT use their service department. More
