The 5. 25 charge for wiper fluid caught my eye. You would have thought that the 50 cents of wiper fluid that it took to fill the reserve would have of been 25 charge for wiper fluid caught my eye. The other item is that your system failed to give credit for the 30.00 coupon in the initial billing and a separate 30.00 credit had to be made per the credit card.
