OUR SERVICE AT JIM MARSH KIA MY 30K CHECK-UP WAS GOOD TIMING AS WE FOUND THE FRONT TIRES TO BE LESS THAN SAFE. THANK GOODNESS THEY HAD THE EXACT TIRES IN STOCK AT A REASONABLE PRICE. THE CAR WAS READY AS PROMISED AND DELIVERED CLEAN AND SAFE. JIM MARSH COMES THROUGH AGAIN...REALLY NICE PEOPLE WORKING FOR HIM. THEY KNOW HOW TO TAKE CARE OF HIS CUSTOMERS. WE ARE EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE WORK AND WILL BE SURE TO GET OUR NEXT SERVICE WITH JIM MARSH KIA. Mike helped me with the paperwork and gave me a fair trade in value for my truck. Finally, Sean finalized our deal. He is very honest and presented us wiith options on warranty and was not "pushy" at all. Being in sales for over 30 years, I could definitely appreciate the honesty approach.
