The last time I was in a Jim Marsh dealership was back in 1961 when my parents new Rambler station wagon quit blowing cold air in Vegas in July. We went the the Jim Marsh Rambler dealership on Boulder Highway and they fixed it quickly and got us back on the road again enjoying air conditioning. It is good to know that Jim Marsh is giving the same good service now! More

Test drove a couple cars. Found one I liked.. Did the numbers. Financing. I love the show room. The antiques. I actually finished the book cases around the fireplace 15 years ago when Mr.Marsh first opened that showroom. You just don't feel like your in a car showroom. All the people working there are positive happy people. The Marsh family. I see it. Anyway then the engine light came on called talked to a few people there. Was referred to Bobette. She said bring in when the lights on. I did. She said she'd call later. She called early afternoon. Says it's fixed . The keys will be in the sales dept till 9:00. Came and picked it up no bill. The service dept. is great!!! Service is great. Prompt, professional, comfortable waiting area. Only problem is with car wash, they leave water spots on vehicle, and in this heat, Service is great.
