Ford makes a great product and this local dealership deserves your consideration when you are in the market for your next car or truck purchase. The atmosphere was friendly and getting through the finance part was fast and easy. They know their business at Matthew's Ford and they take care of their customers. I highly recommend taking the time to visit the showroom and lot since they have plenty of new cars and trucks to choose from. They also have a onsite maintenance with a Quick Lane for getting oil changes and tires rotated. You can't beat that! We are proud to drive our Fords and hope you will be too. More

We knew exactly the car we wanted before we got there. Salesman brought the car to us. We drove it around, said we'd take it, and paid cash. Pretty easy sale for them. Delivered car that was unwashed and close to empty on gas. Only had one key so we ended up paying $170 to Jeep dealer across road for a second key. The only concession we got was a free oil change. Big deal. Compared to what it cost to fill up the tank with gas and have the extra key made, a $20 oil change is nothing. I don't fault the salesman, as he was new and pleasant. But the service on the sale was so poor. I certainly do not feel like my business was appreciated. We will never buy from them again and cannot recommend them to others. There are too many other dealers in town who know how to treat customers. More
