Multiple issues resolved I had taken car to the service department for a noise my car was making and the engine light on. I was told the problem was found. They called me a I had taken car to the service department for a noise my car was making and the engine light on. I was told the problem was found. They called me a few days later, on a Friday, and told me my car was ready. Whem I picked car up, I still heard the noise and later that night, my engine light came back on. I called my service contact and he told me to bring it back in. Took it back Monday and asked for a technician to ride with me to listen to noise, he believed it to be a wheel bearing. Left the car and spoke to my service advisor multiple times before picking it up more than two weeks later. Upon leaving, still making same noise. Returned car about a week later and, after looking it over, told me the wheel bearing needed to be replaced. Picked car up this morning and is running like a charm. Although they had my car for more than three weeks total, thanks to my extended warranty, I paid my $200 deductible for $2,500-$3,000 worth of work. I gave them 4 stars because they were persistent in diagnosing the issues with my car and ultimately got them all resolved. More
