I had never been to Jim Norton dealership before but I was so impressed from the time I drove up till the minute I left. One of the few dealerships that I have been in that didn't try to "nickel and dime was so impressed from the time I drove up till the minute I left. One of the few dealerships that I have been in that didn't try to "nickel and dime" me for every little thing and they were actually glad when they found another rebate that made our agreed upon price even cheaper. Very impressive for a person that buys multiple vehicles a year. More

Kaylon was so kind and welcoming, and the floor manager Jonathan was a joy to work with. Finance manager Grant was also great and very accommodating even at 10 pm.
