Had an amazing experience at jim norton. Signed our deal for my wife's new car at midnight. Yes they stayed that late to help us. Came back the next day and Todd in finance department had reworked my deal a for my wife's new car at midnight. Yes they stayed that late to help us. Zoua went above and beyond on helping me with this purchase during a very trying time. My only complaint was with the finance service who stole my deposit and would not refund. I already had a deal worked out with zoua without using my deposit to hold and the finance department ran it through without asking and has not returned it to me since purchase.
