Wish we could have worked with someone else in finance, Sara was too pushy even when I told her several times that I did not want an extended warranty. I ended up buying one and 2 days later came back and Sara was too pushy even when I told her several times that I did not want an extended warranty. I ended up buying one and 2 days later came back and cancelled it. When I cancelled it, she acted very annoyed and was all of a sudden hard to get ahold of. Extended warranties are a joke and I’ve learned my lesson. Brittany was great though! Very informative and understood what I was looking for in a car behind a mom herself. I would definitely purchase a car from her again. More

Tony and the Jim Norton team are as honest as you can get. They work hard and do the things they promise. I went to 9 other dealerships in search of what I wanted and the price I wanted.
