I explained this to Peter and he listened to me and pretty quick he produced a vehicle that met my criteria on the first try. The only thing left to do was the paperwork. He remained in contact with me all the way through up to and including transferring all the stuff from my old car to the new one. I know that is what they are supposed to do, but in many past experiences at other dealers that hasn’t necessarily been the case. More

I purchased a new 2021 Tundra TRD Pro from JNT in October 2020. Even then new trucks with desirable options were in high demand and virtually non existent inventory. I talked with several dealers and none of them offered any solutions to utilize the dealership buying power to have a TRD Pro scooped up as it was exiting the assembly line in Texas and have it re-routed and transported to Oklahoma. All this changed when I called JNT and spoke with Joe Krautheim. He offered it as a solution and successfully pulled off a Herculean effort. Within a few days my new Tundra TRD Pro arrived fresh from the assembly line with less than 5 miles on it!! Joe is very professional, knowledgeable about all Toyotas and customer centric driven. There was zero double talk and zero attempts to try to sell me something that I didn’t want. I very much appreciated his tenacity and hard fought efforts in getting me the exact Tundra I wanted.
