My experience with Jim Norton Toyota was less than satisfactory. I love my car but would not recommend anyone use this dealer. I was given false information about the car. It was not a local lease satisfactory. I love my car but would not recommend anyone use this dealer. I was given false information about the car. It was not a local lease return, it was owned by someone in Nevada. I know this as I found an$8,000 collision repair bill (VIN matches) in with the owners manual. I’m ok with that as the car is certified by Toyota but do not like being lied to. Makes the whole deal sound shady. Also, the dealer did not repair a speaker as was written on the purchase contract. I was simply told to turn down the bass, that I didn’t need the bass. I think that is up to me as is who I recommend or do business in the future. FYI, the finance person was the only one I feel I can trust (even tho I didn’t finance thru the dealer). It’s shameful that this is a dealer who prominently claims to be all about the customer. More
