My wife and I were looking for a 4X4 vehicle to accommodate my wife’s work in the Right-of-way business that she is in. We told him we were interested in a Toyota 4Runner and he led us to the perfect vehicle for our needs. We ended up trading in both cars and getting a 4Runner that had been upgraded by the dealership with a 3 inch lift kit. We fell in love with it during the test drive. I was at the service department today and was to him as a service manager. I agree with the previous review. I just went to the service department for a nitrogen top-off for my tires and he wanted to charge service manager. I agree with the previous review. I just went to the service department for a nitrogen top-off for my tires and he wanted to charge me $50 which others give it for free. Besides, the nitrogen was filled at the dealership when I purchased the vehicle. I’m not sure if he is a manager or a service adviser. I ask to talk to the manager and he said he is the manager. If Jim Norton will not do anything with his dealings, more and more customer will be moving to another dealership. More
