Absolute Best Car Buying Experience! I have been a loyal customer to another brand for the entirety of my life. However the testaments to Toyota’s reliability and above average customer e I have been a loyal customer to another brand for the entirety of my life. However the testaments to Toyota’s reliability and above average customer experiences tested me to give it a try. Unbeknownst to me I have been sadly mistaken for what would be the entirety of my life. From the instant I walked into Jim Norton Toyota, I knew I was “home”. They greeted me graciously and assigned the best, honest and knowledgeable saleswoman ever. Shelly was absolutely spectacular. Not in the generic way that most give cushy reviews. She earned this. And I mean, elbow grease detail herself right in front of me earned this. That and more! I would also like to give a large shout out to her manager Tony, whom absolutely gave me confidence and reassured me that I was in good hands. They honestly took great care of me. I didn’t feel like I was surrounded by sharks but people who honestly have my best interest in mind. It’s a business, all of them need to make money. However at Jim Norton Toyota, under quite possibly some of the tightest and best supervision I have witnessed (Tony is amazing!) Shelly doesn’t need to “sell” me into a vehicle with the Toyota brand and her manager Tony backing her! If you’re in the market, jump in an American vehicle. Then do yourself the due diligence of jumping in a Toyota. You’ll notice the quality of detail and engineering that go into a Toyota and realize that they are, just better.. :) Whatever it is you guys and girls are doing at Jim Norton Toyota, keep it up!!!! Jim Norton They did a great job finding the car I wanted at a fair price. They searched for a car matching my list and found one that was in being shipped. I had to wait for it to arrive, but it was worth the wait. Everything went smoothly. I felt comfortable dealing with Thomas Clark. He was very patient and listened to what I needed. Luis helped find the car for us and answered my questions. It always takes me a while to actually buy a new car (been looking for about 1 year for this one). They never pushed me to buy, nor did they push me aside when I wasn't ready to purchase immediately. Financing was easy and Douglas took time to get to know us and let us get to know him through the process, even though it was about closing time. Overall great experience and I have already recommended them to several people. More

To be honest have even been burned by the Jim Norton service sales guys a few times. I do not believe those men are any longer there! So we needed a new car. Absolutely LOVE Toyotas!! I’ve had my Tundra serviced there for years. So chose them when we were to purchase a new one. I cannot tell you how wonderful we were treated. How honestly were were taken care of! The whole process was smooth. We were helped by Tyler K. - the car salesman. Then Shelly helped us when Tyler wasn’t there. Then Josh Bisson the finance person at the final paper signing. We expressed our frustration with our past experiences of car buying in general and vehicle service and Josh went out of his way to help us and be so transparent with us! We are happy and feel very good about our purchase and how we were treated. Thank you. We would absolutely recommend them.... I decided to browse the used lot- just to see if they had what I was looking for. Brennan found a 4Runner, which is the type of vehicle I was looking for. The color I wanted did not have a few key features/price range I wanted. Not only did they work on price they also added the leather seats I wanted. My car was in and out in a day.
