To good to be true? My wife and I drove into the lot just looking at vehicles with 3rd row seats not actually wanting to buy until this fall. My wife laid eyes on a Ford My wife and I drove into the lot just looking at vehicles with 3rd row seats not actually wanting to buy until this fall. My wife laid eyes on a Ford Explorer that she instantly fell In love with. My wife is a bit more impulsive than I am, so when she said she wasn’t leaving without this vehicle, I though, yeah, right. I’m the opposite, I will miss out on stuff because I need time to mull over a decision, especially one that involves this much money. Devin Roberts was our salesman and did an awesome job. We asked for them to price our trade-in and told them the price we were looking for, which we thought was a ridiculous price. They came back just $1000 off from what we wanted, so I was prepared to walk away. Then we told him what we were willing to finance. He came back with an offer for our trade-in that was $1000 more than what we asked, which got the price of the car down to what we wanted, actually, slightly lower than what we wanted. I am always so skeptical of car lots and salesmen, and always will be but it seems like we got the deal we wanted! More

We arrived with no appointment yet were treated very respectfully. Chandler knew the Camry and was able to explain all the safety teachers to us senior citizens. She did not talk down to us. The price negotiates were very fair and we quickly reached an agreement. We were comfortable, enjoyed the cookies and got a great deal. Who could ask for more? More

Overall a great experience and Chandler, Shelly and Marie were all very pleasant and took great car I bought a 2019 Tundra Limited this last Saturday. Overall a great experience and Chandler, Shelly and Marie were all very pleasant and took great care of me. The only thing I wish they would have done is taken some time to run through all the ins and outs of the new truck while I was there (technology, stereo features, etc.) Not a big deal at all and I like figuring things out for myself anyway. The truck so far is great and hopefully will do business with Jim Norton in the future. More
