First Car Buying Experience Zoua was great. She was very helpful as we narrowed our search for a new SUV and allowed us to take several cars for a test drive. Was not forceful wi Zoua was great. Was not forceful with her sales, but answered all our questions and respected where we were in our search. She provided lunch for us on two occasions and took the time to show us around the dealership and the service center after our purchase. Adam in finance was very friendly and helpful. He was not pushy with his sales but took the time to educate on each additional optional policy. For future buyers, Jim Norton uses fair market pricing and prices their vehicles using Black Book to price their used vehicles which I found to be a bit more than KBB fair purchase price. They were able to negotiate the price of our vehicle a bit. Overall we had a good first car buying experience and would recommend! More

I explained what I needed to Robert Blocker and the use I would need my care/truck for. He pulled exactly what I needed around and we test drove it. There was ZERO Pressure to buy. It was like a long lost friend in the cab with me. I would recommend Jim Norton of Tulsa. Not so much OKC. I had a much better experience in Tulsa with this group. Great Experience! Bought a car! Couldn’t believe how easy it was from start to finish. Ongoing issues with service department. A week and a half ago the ABS system went out on my RAV4, I suggested that with that low miles there may be some kind of warranty, I was assured tha A week and a half ago the ABS system went out on my RAV4, I suggested that with that low miles there may be some kind of warranty, I was assured that there was not. I took the car to a different shop to have the repairs done there at a better price, and the following day received a call about a negative review I had left about that experience. While on the phone they informed me that there actually is a warranty that could cover the repair and that they will be taking care of it. They sent a tow truck to get the car and did replace the part. When we arrived to pick up the car today the attendant that came inside and said when he pulled up The sunroof sounded like it had water in it, he opened it to investigate and water splashed all inside the car. He and Eric the manager went outside to investigate. We were told that the sunroof drains were clogged and they would get them cleaned out and put it right back. They returned with the car and the sunroof was dry but the carpets were still completely soaked. I let the older lady that works in the service bay area know and she let me know that you have no towels or vacuum available to remedy it. Thankfully your employees Kendale and Steven were able to see how frustrated I was becoming and found towels to help me soak the carpets up. You would think at some point they would be extra careful to make sure their customers are not continuously inconvenienced. Carpets are still soaked. More
